Detection and Identification of ORSV and CymMV Infectiosity in Nicotiana benthamiana

The experiment inoculated Nicotiana benthamiana with leaf saps extracted from ORSV-or CymMV-infected Phalaenopsis amabilis respectively,the results show that both viruses are able to infect N.benthamiana with IC-RT-PCR and Western-Blot assays,which provide effective research materials for the further study on the laboratory host for ORSV or CymMV as well as the pathogenesis of these two viruses.
