Legal Regulation Thinking about Circular Economy in Qaidam Circular Economic Test Area

Development of circular economy is an important means to save resources and protecting the environment.Qaidam circular economic test area as the Qinghai province of circular economic pilot,we should carefully study the recycling economy development model,efforts to build the relevant legal system.This article analyzes the basic theory of circular economy,and adopted the Qaidam circular economy test area of legal issues related to further put forward the countermeasures.
