摘要
Pr-doped Lu3Al5O12(Pr∶LuAG) single crystals were grown by Czochralski(Cz) method with praseodymium concentration 0.5at%,1at% and 3at%,and high quality crystals were obtained by optimizing the growth parameters.The ICP,transmission spectra,fluorescence spectra etc were measured.The results show that Pr∶LuAG crystals have strong absorption peaks in the UV range;X-ray excited fluorescence peak brings a blue shift compared with light-excited fluorescence peaks;the concentration of Pr3+ in LuAG increased as the original doping concentration increasing,and the transmittance and fluorescence intensity also increased at the same time.
