摘要
Rapid hemostasis is of great significance for massive hemorrhage of war wound, uncontrollable hemorrhage of clinical operation and accidental hemorrhage of trauma. Natural polysaccharides are widely used in hemostatic materials because of their good biocompatibility, biodegradability, non-toxicity, non-stimulation, easy processing and low cost. In this review, we first summarize the difficulties faced by hemostatic materials, and then summarize the mechanism of hemostasis, the conditions of ideal hemostatic materials, and the latest progress of new hemostatic composite materials, such as hemostatic sponge, hemostatic hydrogel, hemostatic microsphere, hemostasis tissue adhesive, hemostasis aerogels etc., and provide reference for further research and development in this field.
