摘要
In the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensing field, organic emitters have been utilized widely due to their brilliant features. Among various types of the organic emitters, the emerging ordered porous solid-state materials, including metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs) and hydrogen-bond organic frameworks (HOFs), have attracted broad attention because of their large surface area, high durability, tunable structure and size, and versatile functionalities, making them promising candidates in ECL biosensing applications. In this minireview, the latest advances in ECL biosensors using organic framework emitters in the past five years are summarized and highlighted. The challenges and perspectives of organic framework materials in the exciting field are also briefly explored.
