Based on the driving forces and stakeholder relations behind the opening of a Religious Tourism Visitor Centre at the historical centre of a Hungarian city, this chapter demonstrates that the main stakeholders in religious tourism and pilgrimage need to recognize producers and consumers as vital to the development processes of co-creation experience. It is also demonstrated that the concept of co-creation experience, derived from American management literature, where industries are single core focused, has limited applicability in the complex domain of religious tourism. Most suggestions for stakeholder mapping produce static representations of the complexities involved.
