摘要
Gut microbe-related genes (GMRGs) are crucial in breast cancer prognosis, immune regulation, and therapy response. A 16-GMRG prognostic model accurately predicts survival and immunotherapy efficacy. Two heterogeneous subtypes with distinct immune landscapes were identified. Drug sensitivity and Mendelian randomization analyses further validated their clinical relevance. These findings offer new insights for personalized breast cancer treatment.
