Short-term Effect of 76 Patients with Colon cancer

Objective :To discuss therapy method of colon cancer and evaluate short-term effect.Methods: 76 patients with colon cancer were divided into two groups,38 patients in the control group were treated with single treatment and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with combined treatment.6 months after treatment, the improvement of symptoms, Kamofsky score and tumor markers were compared between two groups.Results :Improvement of clinical symptoms and Kamofsky score in observation group were better than that in control group(P0.05).The tumor markers of CEA, CA199 in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). After treatment,serum levels of the tumor marker in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment is an effective method for colon cancer,which can improve the quality of life.
