摘要
The thermal decomposition of DMAc was studied by calorimeter C80 in order to investigate the thermal stability and thermal safety of DMAc.The characteristic curves and experimental data of the decomposition were obtained.The kinetics parameters,including the activation energy,preexponential factor and reaction enthalpy,were calculated by the thermal kinetics analysis.Meanwhile,based on these kinetics parameters,the self-accelerating decomposition temperature(SADT) was calculated and the thermal safety of DMAc was evaluated.The results showed that the self-exothermic decomposition reaction of DMAc occurred in the air atmosphere.The heat of reaction was 32 KJ/Kg.The activation energy was 178.1 KJ/mol.The SADT was calculated according to the Sememnov model,and its value was 93.7 ℃.DMAc has a greater thermal hazard.When in use or during and storage,the temperature rising should be prevented,or the explosion accident of DMAc will be initiated by self-exothermic decomposition reaction.
