摘要
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefathiamidine and Levofloxacin in treating community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). METHODS:140 patients with CAP were randomly assigned to receive Cefathiamidine 2 g bid iv gtt plus Levofloxacin 200mg bid iv gtt for 7~8 days (treatment group) or Ceftriaxone Sodium 1 g bid iv gtt for 7~8 days (control group). RESULTS:The total effective rate was signficantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (95.83% vs. 82.39%) (P0.01). CONCLUSION:Cefathiamidine and Levofloxacin used concomitantly showed remarkable bacteriological efficacy and safety in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
