Algorithm for Generation of Wide Ellipse

Ellipse always can be generated in CAD system,but in some times the wide ellipse is needed in some design,so it is necessary to research the algorithm of wide ellipse generation.For a wide ellipse whose center point is on origin point,an arc is drawn when got a point on the ellipse with center scan transformation algorithm around the point till the scanning is end.
