摘要
Phytochemical investigation of the twigs and leaves of Aglaia elaeagnoidea (A. Jussieu) Bentham (Meliaceae) led to the isolation and characterization of twenty-one terpenoids, including two cadinene sesquiterpenoids (1 and 2), four isodaucane sesquiterpenoids (3–6), one clovane sesquiterpenoid (7), one aromadendrane sesquiterpenoid (8), four cycloartane triterpenoids (9–12), seven dammarane triterpenoid derivatives (13–19), one lupane triterpenoid (20), and one oleanane triterpenoid (21). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses and comparison with literature data. Among them, seven sesquiterpenoids (1–7) and five triterpenoids (11, 12, 15, 16, and 21) were reported for the first time from the genus Aglaia. The chemotaxonomic significance of these terpenoids was also discussed.
