Rapid and accurate identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its fast detection of rifampicin and isoniazid's drug-resistance gene mutations had an important guiding significance on the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis patients.In this paper,according to the sequence of H37RV strain,sixteen oligonucleotide probes were designed specifically to detect the mutant sequences in rpoB,katG and inhA gene to identify the result of the drug resistance,and at the same time,methodology evaluation was performed.
