Analysis on the Reasons of Burden of Proof Difficulty after the Burden of Proof Inversion and the Strategy

It summarized the medical dispute of the year 2003～2006 and analyzed the reasons of Burden of proof difficulty after the Burden of proof Inversion,then took some pertinency nursing management strategy,the successed rate of Burden of proof had been increased.It was considered that enhancing the study of speciality,paying attention to nurses' valid status and other nursing management strategy could effectively increase the successed rate of Burden of proof.
