Progress in Synthesis of 2-Substituted Benzoxazoles

Benzoxazole is an important intermediate in the fields of medicine,agricultural chemical and natural product,etc. 2-Substituted benzoxazole is one of the most important compounds of benzoxazole. This work reviews the research progress of synthesis methods of 2-substituted benzoxazole in recent years,discusses and summarizes the reaction condition,scope of application,productivity and mechanism of various synthesis methods from different raw materials.
