摘要
We report a high‐weatherability silicone OCA (optical clear adhesive) for automotive/outdoor displays. Its Si‐O‐Si backbone provides a stable modulus, enabling defect‐free bonding of large panels. Incorporating a PESI (polyester siloxane) tackifier enhances adhesion while maintaining >99% transmittance. Adding 1.2 wt% PESI increases peel strength by >300%, shifts failure to cohesive mode, and further improves performance after thermal aging.
