摘要
Aiming at the fiber placement trajectory planning of non-developable complex curve surfaces, this paper analyses the force on the complex component surface and proposes two kinds of fiber placement trajectory planning methods: the gradient angle change method and the arc transition method. As for the component's full fiber placement trajectory planning, it is proposed to use the overall fiber placement method, which is based on the single fiber trajectory and the stratification method, which is based on the force distribution. At last, this work verifies the correctness and feasibility of the fiber placement trajectory design through the fiber placement trajectory simulation of the non-developable complex curve surface component and the close non-developable component.
