Synthesis of Generic Haptens of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Ionic Liquid

Two generic haptens of organophosphorus pesticides,S-carboxymethyl-O,O-diethylphosphorodithioate and S-carboxymethyl-O,O-dimethylphosphorodithioate,were synthesized in ionic liquid Br by the reaction of ammonium O,O-dialkyl dithiophosphate with chloroactic acid at 45 ℃ for 40 min in yield of 97.9%,98.4%,respectively.Other two generic haptens of organophosphorus pesticides,S-carboxyethyl-O,O-diethylphosphorodithioate and S-carboxyethyl-O,O-dimethdimethylphosphorodithioate,were synthesized in ionic liquid Br by the reaction of ammonium O,O-dialkyl dithiophosphate with acrylic acid at room temperature for 60 min under acid condition in yield of 93.7% and 94.2%,respectively.Br still exhibited high catalytic activity after reused four times.
