Microorganisms screened from chicken manure and their applications

136 kinds of microorganism which including Fialmentous Fungi, Bacteria, Actinomycetes and Yeasts were got from chicken manure. Through screen tests, 5 microorganisms were gained, F1, HA3, B1, HB2 and Y2, which are manure-liked and temperature-liked and effective for decomposing of stench compositions. When combing these 5 microorganisms ferment solution together with chicken manure, the amounts of the releasing NH3 and H2S were 66.58% and 54.44% less than those of the background, respectively. The loss of nitrogen was 51.0% less than that of the background. The highest ferment temperature was 68.5 ℃ and the final amount of water was 31.25%. The results showed that this group of screened microorganisms is effective in the treatment of chicken manure.
