Observation on Clinical Effects of Huang Qi Injection Combined with VSD in Promoting Granulation Tissue Growth of Crural Wound

Objective: To observe clinical effects of Huang Qi injection combined with VSD in promoting granulation tissue growth of crural wound. Methods: All 63 patients were randomized into 33 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group randomly, the treatment group accepted the lavage with physiological saline and Huang Qi injection, the control group the lavage with physiological saline, the patients were given free full thickness skin-grafting or local flaps when granulation tissue grew better. To compare the growth of granulation tissue in the wound between both groups and wound closure time of the two-stage operation. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of granulation tissue growth scales and closure time of the wound in the two-stage operation between both groups(P0.05). Conclusion: Compared with physiological saline, lavage with Huang Qi injection after VSD drainage could effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue of crural open wound and shorten therapeutic cycles.
