Design of Enterprise Flexible Welfare Platform Based on SaaS

The arrival of the post-epidemic era has prompted enterprises to accelerate the pace of digital transformation. Among them, the digital transformation of the company's flexible welfare system can motivate employees and retain talents. However, most small and medium-sized enterprises cannot afford the cost brought by the digital upgrade of the flexible welfare system. Through literature research and actual business analysis, this paper expounds the advantages of flexible welfare, outlines the SaaS model, and finally analyzes the platform requirements. Using JavaScript, Spring Boot, MySQL and other technologies to design the enterprise flexible welfare platform of the SaaS model, the flexible welfare SaaS platform On-demand charging and multi-tenant framework can greatly reduce the digital cost of enterprises, have a positive effect on the actual production and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide a feasible solution for the construction of enterprise welfare system.
