摘要
The paper describes a technology for obtaining a nanocatalyst of high activity and productivity for the catalytic reaction of acetylene hydrochlorination. The effect of various factors on the reaction rate in the presence of the created nanocatalyst was studied, and the mechanism of the process was proposed. An improved technology for the production of vinyl chloride by catalytic hydrochlorination of acetylene has been developed in this work. Influence of the mass transfer (transport) coefficient on technological parameters, etc. As a result of studying the influence of factors, the main performance indicators of the reactor for the production of vinyl chloride by catalytic hydrochlorination of acetylene were determined. It has been determined that the compatibility of technological capabilities, environmental and economic factors are the main indicators in creating the best cost technologies.
