Beyond traditional outcome-based education

Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is founded on three basic premises: all students can learn and succeed (but not on the same day in the same way), success breeds success, and schools control the conditions of success. This article examines three types of OBE: Transformational OBE, Traditional OBE, and Transitional OBE.
