The results of the examples show that the butenolide deriva tives provided in the present invention have inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV-2M , indicating that they have an anti-coronavirus effect, and that the butenolide derivatives provided in the present invention can inhibit the activation of N LRP3 inflammatory bodies, thereby blocking macrophage pyroptosis, indicating that they have an anti-inflammatory effect. |
