| 其它 | 摘要:International maritime transportation is essential for ensuring the orderly and effective operation of global trade. However, various factors can disrupt this system. In particular, risk and uncertainty in container shipping can prevent transactions from proceeding as planned. This paper aims to examine how risk and uncertainty impact international container shipping, using examples such as the 2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, and to explore how these risks have been mitigated. The study adopts a qualitative multiple-case approach, focusing on the six largest global shipping companies, as ranked by Alphaliner (2022). Data were collected from secondary sources, including annual reports from these shipping firms. |
