摘要
Flow lithiation reactions often face the significant challenge of fouling in flow reactors caused by inorganic lithium salts. This study proposes a new cleaning method for flow reactors in flow lithiation reactions that does not require water. This method uses phenolic derivatives and converts inorganic lithium salts precipitated in the channel to organic lithium salts soluble in organic solvents. By eliminating water from the process, the risk of fouling after cleaning is significantly reduced, ensuring safe and stable operation of the flow lithiation reactions.
