摘要
Tablet coating film is an important factor affecting the bioavailability of drugs. The thickness, structure, integrity and consistency of the coating film are crucial to the quality of drugs. The thickness and internal structure information of drug coating film are detected by terahertz imaging technology, showing the structural differences of drug coating film of different brands. In this paper, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system is used to detect the drug film coating, measure and calculate the refractive index of the drug, and obtain the thickness cloud of the film coating, realizing the detection of the drug coating thickness and uniformity.
