摘要
China's urban construction has entered the stock era. Community green renewal has become an important pillar for addressing global climate change and achieving the dual‑carbon goal. The active participation of residents is a decisive factor in promoting community green renewal. Based on 87 real cases, this paper identifies four key types of stakeholders: local governments, enterprises , communities, and the public. For each case, a stakeholder network is constructed, and the influence of multiple stakeholders in the network is evaluated using the stakeholder influence index. Based on these evaluations, community green renewal projects (CGRPs) are classified into three types: government-led, multi-stakeholder governance, and resident-led. Based on this, a multi-agent simulation (MAS) approach is used to simulate the dynamic interactions between residents and local governments, enterprises, communities and their neighbors. The simulation explores the impacts of various stakeholders' governance strategies on residents' participation behavior at different phases of the three types of projects. The results suggest that policy makers should develop targeted intervention strategies based on the specific characteristics of the three types of CGRPs in the planning and deployment phase, implementation phase, and operation and maintenance phase. The results of this study provide a reliable basis for understanding the evolution of residents' participation behavior and the impacts of decision-making behaviors of local governments, enterprises, communities and neighbors on residents' participation behavior in CGRPs. • MABS and SNA are integrated to examine the evolution of residents' participation behavior in CGRPs. • A large number of real cases of CGRPs are the data foundation. • Constructing stakeholder influence index based on SNA. • Three types of CGRPs are classified based on the stakeholder influence index. • The effects of mixed strategies in three types of CGRPs are simulated and discussed.
