Kilogram-scale high-yield production of PbI2 microcrystals for optimized photodetectors

In this work, PbI 2 -based photodetectors with symmetric Au–Au and asymmetric Au-graphene electrode structures are made. The asymmetric PbI 2 device shows 3–4.8 times higher photocurrent compared to the symmetric device under the same light intensities.
