Almost disturbance decoupling by measurement feedback: a frequency domain analysis

The almost disturbance decoupling problem by measurement feedback if formulated for systems described by transfer matrices. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem are given in frequency-domain terms. The conditions are derived using frequency-domain techniques only.>
