Studies on the Method of Inoculating Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

Four materials, pure mycelia piece, sunflower wilt type mycelia and ascospores were used to inoculate Sclerotinia sclerotiorum by the two methods of wound and non-wound. The results showed that the inoculation results were the best when mycelia pick made of wilt type mycelia stem were used while the inoculation results were the worst when ascospores were used.
