Optimum of Fungal Elicitor on Taxol Production in Suspension Cells of Taxus Chinensis

Using uniform design,the major effects of fungal elicitor on the production in suspension cells of Taxus Chinensis were studied with rescepts to its mass concentration,time of supplement and handling time.Mathematical model was set up.The effects of each factor and interaction among factors on the taxol content were studied with model analysis.The results showed an optimum factor combination: F 5 concentration 0.64 mg/L, time of supplement 15 d,29 d handling time.
