Application of Maslow′s Hierarchy of Needs to Quality Nursing

Objective: To discuss the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs to quality nursing.Method: Nursing wasoffered hierarchically to 926 patientsin different periods: hospitalization time,hospital stay and discharge time to meet needs of patients.Result: Maslow's hierarchy of needs is combined with the patients' conditions,which could meet physiological,psychological,social,cultural and mental needs.Conclusion: Quality nursing could win the trust and praiseof patientshighly,raisesatisfactory degreeof patients.
