Practice of Increasing Current Efficiency in Copper Electrolysis

Some factors that influence the current efficiency in the process of copper electrolysis in the electrolysis plant of ZiJin Copper Corporation are introduced,including the impurity ions,circulation volume and temperature of electrolysis solution,the cathode- to- cathode distance,the standard of anode plate,the earth leakage of electrolytic bath and electric current density. In the view of these factors in the process of copper electrolysis,the methods are adopted to improve current efficiency,and positive effect is gotten, the current efficiency keeps about 98%.
