Study on Synthesis and Characterizion and Application of 1,3-Bis(4-Amino Benzene-Oxy)Benzene and its Polyimide

A diamine of 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene was synthesized,the diamine polymerizied with 3,3,4,4-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride into polyamic acid which was further imidized into polyimide powder and polyimide film.The polyimides were characterized by TGA、DSC、mechanics test.A preliminar application of the polyimide film to two layer flexible copper clad lamination was studied.
