A HYPOTOXICITY CORROSION INHIBITOR USED IN ACIDIZING FLUIDS

A kind of Mannich alkali was synthesized with benzoyl hydrazine,methyl aldelyde and phenethyl ketone.According to the result of the corrosion evaluation to N-80 steel piece in hydrochloric acid,the reaction condition was optimized and the synergistic effect between the mannich alkali and inorganic synergist was studied.A new mixed corrosion inhibitor without alkynols was obtained.The new inhibitor had good dispersion in hydrochloric acid and effective inhibiting performance.
