Discussion on the correlation between the coronary arteriongraphy result of patients with arrhythmia and coronary heart disease

Objective:To analyze the coronary arteriongraphy result of patients with coronary heart disease,and discuss the correlation between arhythmia and coronary heart disease.Methods:213 patients who were with arrhythmia and potential coronary heart disease were performed with coronary arteriongraphy,then the patients were divided into two groups according to the coronary arteriongraphy result:group A and group B,and the correlation between arrhythmia and coronary heart disease was further analyzed.Results:122(57.28%)patients in two groups showed positive coronary arteriongraphy result,with 105(95.45%)patients in group A of 100 patients and 17(16.50%)patients in group B of 103 patients respectively,and a significant difference of the amount of positive patients was shown between group A and group B(P0.05).Conclusion:Clinician must be prudent when diagnosing the cause of arrythmia in order to avoid resulting in negative influence for misdiagnosis.
