Research progress in catalysts and production technologies of butane catalytic dehydrogenation

The research progress in catalysts and production technologies of butane catalytic dehydrogenation at home and abroad were reviewed with 26 references. The preparation methods and properties of butane catalytic dehydrogenation catalysts including Pt,V and Cr systems were described,and the main technical features of foreign industrial technologies in butane catalytic dehydrogenation for isobutene were compared. It was pointed out that the mainstream technique for butane dehydrogenation was catalytic dehydrogenation processes,among which,FBD- 4 was better.
