The main key preparing waterbased aliphatic polyurethane paint lies in selection of aliphatic diisocyanate variety.The article cites a number of advantages of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) used as basic material, and approaches effect of used catalyst, chain extender etc. upon prepolymer,for the purpose of resolving high viscosity problem of the prepolymer, some methods are proposed.
