The Effect of Ammonia in Rectisol Unit and Control Method

Describe the effect and hazard of ammonia in rectisol system.When the ammonia content is controled in 0.03～0.06mol/L,system corrosion can be effectively inhibited.If the ammonia content is too high,ammonium salt crystal would be forming to clog the heat regeneration system equipment and pipe,also would result sulfur content of both purified gas and CO2 product gas exceeding standard.Based on failure treatment for ammonia leaking into rectisol unit,propose ammonia content control method in rectisol unit.
