摘要
Sulfinylation of organic compounds to sulfinamides is an attractive means to access various important sulfur(VI) compounds through follow-up oxidative reactions. Herein, we report a photoredox-enabled arene sulfinaylation, processing through aryl thianthrenium (Ar-TT+) salts. High regio- and chemoselectivities of arene thianthrenation leverage structural diversity into the corresponding sulfinamides. Follow-up reactions and mechanistic investigations were performed in the study.
