摘要
Pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death dependent on caspase, and participates in the development of infectious diseases. Mycobacterium tuberculosis can reside in macrophages, and therefore Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is closely related to the pyroptosis of macrophages. This review reviewed and discussed the molecular mechanism of interactions between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and macrophage inflammasomes. It is helpful to further understand the occurrence and development of tuberculosis and provide new ideas for the prevention and control of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection with the in-depth study of the mechanism of macrophage pyroptosis.
