摘要
Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells In article number 2300250, Xu, Wei, Fu, and co-workers prepared self-assembled monolayer Ti3C2Tx MXene films and utilized them as electron-selective contacts for dopant-free back-contact heterojunction silicon solar cells to reduce back-contact losses. A breakthrough power conversion efficiency of 16.46% is achieved by full-area rear contact without passivation. These results open up the possibility of adopting MXene films as electron transport layers in crystalline silicon solar cells.
