Selective electrocatalysis of the nitrous oxide reduction reaction to nitrogen on carbon-supported Pt–Pd–Sn nanoparticles

Carbon-supported Pt–Pd–Sn nanoparticles show the electrocatalytic N 2 O reduction reaction activity with almost 100% Faradaic efficiency to N 2 at ≥+0.06 V vs. RHE in acidic media under N 2 O and high selectivity in the co-presence of O 2 .
