Maintaining the greatest amount of visual field of a glaucoma patient is still a challenge today. It is difficult to diagnose the disease in its early stages, due to the lack of symptoms in many cases. Therefore, in this work, an eyeball model was developed to evaluate the behavior of some anterior segment structures of the eye against slight changes in intraocular pressure. An axisymmetric model of the eyeball was used to contemplates the behavior of the cornea, part of the sclera, iris and ciliary bodies against small changes over intraocular pressure values. The results of our model showed total displacements of 0.43, 0.451 and 0.459 mm respectively in the cornea, lens, and iris related to the increase of intraocular pressure for values above 25 mmHg. Therefore, the small increase of interocular pressure can cause changes in certain ocular measurements such as the depth of the anterior chamber that, until now, are not commonly utilized and that could be, which can be measured and characterized in the future in real cases to support glaucoma diagnosis.
