Major Finding: Serotonin transporter depletes intratumoral serotonin which dampens CD8+ T-cell antitumor immunity.Concept: Serotonin transporter inhibition with SSRIs drives T-cell antitumor immunity and suppresses tumor growth.Impact: SSRIs synergize with anti-PD-1 therapies and represent a promising avenue for cancer immunotherapy.
