Metal-free electrochemical anti-markovnikov hydration of aryl alkenes

Herein, we report a metal-free electrochemical anti-Markovnikov hydration of aryl alkenes, providing direct access to a wide spectrum of primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols in moderate to high yields.
