摘要
Directional water transport fabrics for personal moisture management facilitate the transportation of human sweat from the inner to outer layers, enhancing wearer comfort. However, most existing directional water transport fabrics/membranes face challenges in balancing conveyance velocity and performance. This study presents a strategy combining electrospinning and electrospray to fabricate a three-layer composite fabric with ultrafast directional water transport. The prepared fabric exhibits an accumulative one-way transport capacity (R) of 1063.67%, water transfer time of 0.34 s, high moisture permeability of 10.39 kg m–2 d–1, and rapid drying rate of 0.83 g h–1. This study proposes a practical strategy for developing directional functional fabrics with ultrafast moisture transport and rapid drying capabilities.
