摘要
Different materials are cut by the experiment platform of abrasive water jet. The research is mainly focused on the abrasive impact to metal target material damage and temperature rise. SPH algorithm and Lagrange model is established for numerical simulation of the pressure. The pressure and speed characteristics are analyzed during the cutting process of abrasive particles, compared with the experiment. The results show that abrasive water jet has the ability to cut metal target, and temperature keeps at a safe level cutting abandoned ammunition. The stress generated by cutting is mainly concentrated in the central position. It distributes in a circular ring along the radial direction, which conforms to the experimental results of material failure. In the process of cutting, the velocity distribution of the target material presents a fluctuating distribution, which is related to the impact pressure and the characteristics of the material. When the pressure reaches 40 MPa, an obvious cutting effect can be achieved, and the cutting temperature is in a safe area. The conclusion is obtained that it is feasible to dismantle abandoned ammunition with abrasive water jet under this parameter.
