The investigation of the pharmacokinetics of roxithromycin enterosoluble capsules in Chinese healthy volunteers

Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of roxithromycin enterosoluble capsules in Chinese healthy volunteers.Methods 20 male healthy subjects received a single dose of 150 mg roxithromycin enterosoluble capsules.The serum concentration of roxithromycin was determined by LC-MS method.Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of roxithromycin enterosoluble capsules were T_(1/2)(5.724±4.780) h,T_(max)(3.861±1.234) h,C_(max)(3.072±0.821)μg/ml,AUC_(0～48)(48.330±(16.649)) μgh/ml.Conclusion The pharmacokinetic parameters of roxithromycin enterosoluble capsules revealed the character of the dosage form.
